MOJ By OmniEx LTD is a non-profit public interest platform that:

Allows users to create, support, and fund campaigns related to alleged miscarriages of justice in the UK.

All case campaigns are subject to review for appropriateness, legal compliance, and truthfulness. We do not provide legal representation or advice directly.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

Provide accurate, honest, and complete information during registration and campaign creation.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Refrain from uploading defamatory, abusive, misleading, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user or campaign that violates our policies or UK law.

4. Campaign Submissions & Ownership

Campaign creators:

Retain ownership of the content they submit.
Grant MOJ By OmniEx LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, publish, and share campaign materials to support the cause.

All campaigns must be factually supported. Content deemed harmful or unfounded may be removed.

5. Donations & Fund Handling

Donations made via the platform are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
All funds are held and processed via a secure payment provider (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
MOJ By OmniEx LTD may take a small operational fee to cover platform and administration costs. Details will be clearly outlined per campaign.

We are not liable for the misuse of funds by third parties involved in campaigns.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate a user account:

If there is a breach of these Terms
Upon a formal legal request
Due to fraudulent or abusive behavior

Users may also request account deletion at any time.

7. Platform Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services but do not guarantee continuous operation. We may modify, update, or discontinue the platform or features at any time without liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

MOJ By OmniEx LTD is not responsible for:

The accuracy of campaign content
The outcome of campaigns or legal proceedings
Any loss or damage resulting from use of the platform

Use of our services is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate UK legal channels.
