This policy outlines how MOJ By OmniEx LTD collects, processes, and protects donations made through our platform using Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processing provider.

We are committed to transparency, compliance, and safeguarding the financial contributions made in support of victims of miscarriages of justice.

1. Donation Processing via Stripe

All donations made through https://www.justice-miscarage.co.uk are securely processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Stripe enables donors to make payments using:

Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)
Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
Secure 3D authentication (where required)

We do not store or handle your full payment card information directly.

2. Information Collected for Donations

When you make a donation, the following information is collected and processed:

MOJ By OmniEx LTD only has access to the donation amount, donor name/email, and transaction status.
We do not have access to your full card number or CVV at any time.

4. Refund Policy

All donations made via Stripe are considered final and non-refundable, unless:

A technical error occurred (e.g. duplicate donation)
A valid refund request is made within 14 days of the transaction and approved by MOJ

Stripe uses bank-level security and complies with:

UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards
GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018
Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations

We implement additional internal security measures, including:

HTTPS encryption site-wide
Access controls for donation data
Secure audit logs of all transactions
